EKET SENATORIAL DISTRICT LEADER, RT HON CHIEF Nduese Essien GIVES DAUGHTER’S HAND IN MARRIAGE
The serene village of Ntaisip in Ikot Ibiok, Eket was a beehive of activities yesterday as people from all walks of life, thronged the vicinity, to witness the traditional marriage ceremony between Miss Mfon Nduese Essien and Mr Okezie Eze.
It was indeed an epoch making occasion as present and past political office holders in Akwa Ibom State and its environs, came to identify with the Political Leader of Eket Senatorial District, Chief Nduese Essien , on this moment of glory and fulfillment.
The chairman of the occasion was his successor in office, mercurial Rt Hon Eseme Eyiboh who was the cynosure of all eyes, in the way and manner, he moderated and piloted the affairs of the day to a logical conclusion.
The one time spokesperson of the House of Representatives offered some pieces of advice for the married couples to include manage your expectations, never assume, ask, remember to always say “I love you” and “thank you.” continually fall in love with your partner, don’t be so quick to judge, don’t give 50 percent, give 100 percent, among others
The bride’s father, Chief Nduese Essien expressed his profound gratitude and sincere appreciation to all and sundry, who have found time, despite their tight schedule, to be part and parcel of the ceremony.
